Getting your documents
I have just applied for an account online, does that mean I won't receive anything in the post?
That's right - you'll get everything you need to operate your account digitally. You can check your account using our log in. All your documents will be uploaded here too.
When will I receive a statement?
Non-ISA Statements
The Key Product Information literature you received with your welcome letter will detail when you will receive your statement. It can vary, but normally we'll produce the statement on the anniversary of your first deposit and every year thereafter.
If your account is open less than a year, you'll receive a statement when the account is closed.
Cash ISA Statements
You will receive a statement on the anniversary of opening your account. If the account is open less than a year, you'll receive a statement when the account is closed.
How can I view my statement?
You can view your statement in your online account.
We're in the process of upgrading the online experience for all of our customers. We'll contact you before this happens.
- If your online account has not been upgraded yet, log in and select eDocuments
- If your online account has been upgraded, log in and select Statements and documents
You can read your statement online, save a copy to your computer or print a version for your records.
If you do not have an online account you'll receive your statement through the post, usually on the anniversary of the first deposit you made.
How do I obtain a tax statement?
Your tax statement is usually available within four weeks of the end of a tax year. If you have an online account, you'll see this under eDocuments or Statements and documents.
If you receive paper statements, this will be posted to your registered address.
I have a savings account with digital statements. Can you send me a printed copy?
We send digital statements for you to view, download and print. Log in to your account and select eDocuments or Statements and documents.
You can download and print your statements from there.
How do I get large print, braille or audio copies of my statements?
Just get in touch with our customers services team and we'll send a copy of your latest statement out to you in your preferred format.
