Have you acquired planning permission for your site but realised you’ve missed an opportunity to enhance the project? Our Planning Assistance Loan is a short-term facility (max 12 months) specifically designed to support you to enhance the planning already agreed for a site. This can maximise the project to it's full potential, by bridging the funding gap until the new plans are approved.

Our experienced team will visit your site – new build or refurbishment - and if it’s a project we can support, you can count on us to be with you on the journey from blueprint to reality.
From this loan, you can transfer seamlessly to a development finance loan to build the project.   

Any property used as security, including your home, may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
