Have you acquired planning permission for your site but realised you’ve missed an opportunity to enhance the project? Our Planning Assistance Loan is a short-term facility (max 12 months) specifically designed to support you to enhance the planning already agreed for a site. This can maximise the project to it's full potential, by bridging the funding gap until the new plans are approved.
Our experienced team will visit your site – new build or refurbishment - and if it’s a project we can support, you can count on us to be with you on the journey from blueprint to reality.
From this loan, you can transfer seamlessly to a development finance loan to build the project.
Any property or asset used as security may be at risk if you do not repay any debt secured on it. Our planning assistance loans are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or the Prudential Regulation Authority.
