Northern Healthcare increase facility with specialist lender following period of growth
Northern Healthcare Limited, a specialist independent provider of enhanced supported living services has partnered with Shawbrook to drive their future growth.
Northern Healthcare support individuals living with a mental health diagnosis, learning disability and autism. Currently, the specialist adult health and social care provider has 19 services across the North West, Cumbria, Yorkshire and the Midlands. Northern Healthcare has ambitious plans to expand the company's reach and enable more vulnerable individuals to access the right level of support in their community.
Working alongside key public services including the NHS, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and local authorities, Northern Healthcare's recovery-focused multi-disciplinary team support individuals to achieve greater independence and quality of life.
The unique landscape of the health and social care industry led Northern Healthcare's leadership team to seek a long-term financial relationship with a financial organisation which shared their vision; to improve the lives of the people they support.
In March, we extended the relationship through a £5.5m refinance alongside a significant top-up for further investment and CAPEX enhancements.
It’s been an absolute privilege working alongside Stefanie and the brilliant Healthcare team at Shawbrook to secure this new facility and the extra accordion, which marks such an exciting new chapter for our business.
