Gavin Seaholme serves as the Sales Director of Real Estate at Shawbrook, a role he has occupied since 2023. With over a decade of service at Shawbrook and 25 years’ experience in the specialist lending market, Gavin has a wealth of experience in all areas of specialist lending having held roles at various lenders and brokerages.
Starting in customer service operational & underwriting roles, he transitioned through business development and sales before becoming Sales Director. In this role Gavin is responsible for successfully driving and delivering originations and distribution requirements and providing valuable insight on the market and topics such as regulation, product, growth and funding.
