We’re delighted to share that we've been awarded Feefo’s Platinum Trusted Service Award for another year running.

What is the Feefo Trusted Service award?

Each year Feefo honour their highest performing businesses with their Trusted Service award. Only the best of the best, who’ve shown outstanding levels of quality and customer service throughout 2020, will qualify for Trusted Service 2021.

What’s the difference between the Platinum and the Gold award?

The Platinum Trusted Service award recognises those businesses that go above and beyond to provide a consistently excellent service and dedicate themselves to offering outstanding customer experience year after year. If a business achieves a Gold rating three times in a row they will be awarded a Platinum rating for providing an outstandingly high level of customer experience.

How do we qualify for Trusted Service each year?

We ask all of our Personal loans and savings customers to review their customer experience when they open an account with us. To qualify for the Trusted Service 2021 award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st, 2020 and December 31st, 2020 and achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4 during this period.

But in order to achieve the coveted Gold Trusted Service award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st, 2020 and December 31st, 2020 and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 during this period.

We’re delighted to have been awarded this level of service four years in a row which has meant we have been awarded a Platinum trusted service award for 2020 and 2021.
