We’re delighted to share with you that we’ve been awarded Feefo Gold Trusted Service 2019.

What is the Trusted Service Award?

Every year Feefo honour their highest performing companies with the Trusted Service award. Only the best of the best businesses, who’ve shown outstanding levels of quality and customer service throughout 2018, will qualify for Trusted Service 2019.

How did we qualify for Trusted Service 2019?

We ask all of our Savings and Personal loans customers to review their customer experience when they open an account with us.

To qualify for the Trusted Service 2019 award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st, 2018 and December 31st, 2018 and achieved a Feefo service rating of between 4.0 and 4.4 during this period.

But in order to achieve the coveted Gold Trusted Service 2019 award, a business must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st, 2018 and December 31st, 2018 and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 during this period.

We are currently rated an impressive 4.8/5 stars for our customer service.
