This quick and simple online process will allow you to set up a new Direct Debit instruction to collect future payments in relation to your Shawbrook loan. No payments will be collected from your bank account before this time.

  • Please note you will need to complete one Direct Debit mandate for EVERY account the Direct Debit has been stopped for.
  • Anyone else named on the loan agreement needs to be aware and in agreement that the Direct Debit is to be set up.
