If you have recently been granted a payment holiday/deferral due to circumstances caused by Covid-19 we’ve made the process for restarting your Direct Debit easier for you.

This quick and simple online process will allow you to set up a new Direct Debit instruction to collect future payments in relation to your Shawbrook loan when your payment holiday/deferral comes to an end. No payments will be collected from your bank account before this time.

We will write to you in good time before your payments resume to confirm the reinstatement is in place and your direct debit collection details.

  • Please note you will need to complete one Direct Debit mandate for EVERY account you have requested a payment holiday/deferral for.
  • Anyone else named on the loan agreement are aware and in agreement that the Direct Debit is to be set up.
