Restart your Direct Debit

If your Direct Debit has been stopped for whatever reason and you’d like to restart it, we’ve made the process easy for you.

This quick and simple online process will allow you to set up a new Direct Debit instruction to collect future payments in relation to your Shawbrook loan. No payments will be collected from your bank account before this time.

Please note you will need to complete one Direct Debit mandate for EVERY account the Direct Debit has been stopped for.
Anyone else named on the loan agreement needs to be aware and in agreement that the Direct Debit is to be set up.
