mhance has been providing end‑to‑end Microsoft services — from Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP delivery to data services spanning cloud analytics, integrations, and cloud migrations — for not-for-profit, commercial, and public customers across the UK and Ireland for over 20 years.

The Shawbrook financing will enable mhance to accelerate multi vertical expansion, invest further in capabilities across Dynamics, Azure, Power Platform, and Data & AI, and pursue targeted Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) to broaden its offering and market reach. The tailored structure — a unitranche facility for immediate draw, a committed acquisition facility to support M&A, and a RCF — provides scalable capital aligned to mhance’s growth plan.

The transaction was sponsored by SilverTree Equity, a sector specialist investor in software and tech enabled services, and introduced by FRP Advisory. Shawbrook’s flexibility around covenants and experience supporting IT MSP businesses set it apart from traditional lenders and credit funds.
