Specialist lender Shawbrook has provided a multi-million pound Corporate Leverage Loan facility to support the transition of The SEO Works Ltd into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). The facility will support The SEO Works Ltd as it continues its growth plans under the new EOT structure.
