Empower Technical Services, a London-based consolidator in the UK technical services sector, has successfully completed the acquisition of Rosewood Engineering, marking a significant milestone in its ambitious buy and build strategy. Shawbrook have partnered with Empower through the provision of a bespoke funding package which supports this acquisition as well as accelerating future growth.
Established in early 2025, Empower Technical Services is actively building a national footprint by integrating high-quality regional businesses across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, renewables, and facilities management. The acquisition of Rosewood Engineering further strengthens Empower’s position in the sector and contributes to its goal of establishing six regional hubs throughout the UK within five years.
Working closely with CEO Nick Manning and Empower’s management, Shawbrook’s Corporate Leverage team structured a bespoke funding package to meet the company’s evolving needs.
