Paul has worked in consumer financial services for over 20 years, joining Shawbrook in February 2015 from Secure Trust Bank. Paul has held a number of senior roles across product and strategy before becoming Managing Director in October 2018. Paul manages the lending and deposit end-to-end propositions, including commercial operations and pricing. Paul is passionate about utilising technology and data to build transparent lending and savings products.
