Shawbrook Prize Draw for Savings LRP Survey Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of Shawbrook Bank Limited (“Shawbrook Bank”), their family members, agents or anyone else connected in any way with the prize draw or helping set up or administer the prize draw shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

2. Entry is free. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. The prize is as specified: £50 John Lewis gift cards. There will be four separate winners, with a total prize value of £200.

4. The prize draw will open on 16 September 2025 and the closing date for entry is 23:59 on 19 October 2025. Entries made after this time will not be included in the prize draw.

5. To enter into the prize draw, the entrants must complete all the fields in the prize draw section of the Shawbrook Savings LRP Survey. You will be required to enter your full name and email address for contact purposes for winning entries.

6. Shawbrook Bank accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind and is not responsible for inaccurate prize details connected with this prize draw.

7. No cash alternative to the prize is offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and Shawbrook Bank reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or higher value without giving notice.

8. Shawbrook Bank reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw if it becomes necessary to do so.

9. Shawbrook Bank holds no responsibility for entries not received.

10. The winners will be selected at random.

11. The winners will be notified by email within 72 working hours of the closing date. The prize will be fulfilled using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

12. If a winner cannot be contacted to claim the prize within 7 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Shawbrook Bank will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

13. Shawbrook Bank will liaise with the winners to organise how the prize will be delivered.

14. For the purpose of fulfilling the prize, Shawbrook Bank will purchase a John Lewis gift card online and input the winner’s email address as the recipient. As a result, the winner’s email address will be processed by John Lewis solely for the purpose of delivering the prize.

15. Shawbrook Bank’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence is to be entered into.

16. The prize draw and these terms and conditions is governed by English law and any disputes is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

17. Shawbrook Bank must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Shawbrook Bank will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@shawbrook.co.uk or writes to Shawbrook Bank Limited, Sunderland SR43 4AG (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Shawbrook Bank at marketing@shawbrook.co.uk. In such circumstances, Shawbrook Bank must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

18. The winners will be consulted by Shawbrook Bank prior to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Details of how your personal information will be used by us if you enter the prize draw including our lawful basis for processing can be found in our Privacy Notice here.

19. John Lewis is not in any way associated with this prize draw, nor have they endorsed it.

20. Entry into the prize draw is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Shawbrook Bank reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

21. By participating in the prize draw all participants agree that Shawbrook Bank is not liable for any costs, expenses, injury, loss or damage sustained or incurred by any participant with regards to the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Shawbrook Bank.
