How do I know you have responded to my secure message?

When we respond to a secure message you will receive a message to your email address we hold for you.

This message will not contain any personal information, as email is not secure, but it will inform you that you have a new message waiting for you in your secure message box within eSavings. To view your new secure message simply log into eSavings, click on 'Messages' and 'View Messages'
