Payment deferrals are now closed

Payment deferral applications for customers impacted by Coronavirus are no longer available.

While the payment deferral scheme is now closed we recognise that some of our customers will be concerned about meeting their payments either now or in the future. We have a range of options available to support our customers through any periods of financial uncertainty and so please contact us as soon as you can. The earlier we can speak to you to understand your circumstances the quicker we will be able to find a solution.

There are two ways to start the conversation with us:

Online

If you complete this form which will ask about your income and expenditure as well as your circumstances we will then give you a call to discuss what options might be available to you.

Over the phone

Or if you do not want to fill the form in then please just give us a call and one of our trained staff will be on hand to help you. Our phone number is 0345 650 6290.
