Payment deferral applications for customers impacted by Coronavirus are no longer available.
While the payment deferral scheme is now closed we recognise that some of our customers will be concerned about meeting their payments either now or in the future. We have a range of options available to support our customers through any periods of financial uncertainty and so please contact us as soon as you can. The earlier we can speak to you to understand your circumstances the quicker we will be able to find a solution.
