Following its acquisition of Pal International in 2022, the Enact Fund has secured a refinance package from Shawbrook to support the business.
Headquartered in Lutterworth, Pal International is a leading manufacturer of infection prevention and contamination control products for medical, healthcare and food processing markets globally. Enact approached Shawbrook to secure a suitable funding package which would support the growth of the Pal business over the next few years.
Building on its already strong relationship with Enact, Shawbrook has provided a seven figure, flexible, multi-currency working capital facility to support Pal. As well as aiding its plans for expansion, the funding will help the 40-year-old firm boost its product development and continue to deliver quality hygiene solutions to away-from-home markets. Shawbrook was chosen as a funding partner due to its proven track of being able to deliver bespoke and flexible solutions for Enact that support its unique needs.
