Oxford based commercial cleaning provider DF Williams Cleaning Services Limited, embarks on a new phase following an MBO that was supported by a seven-figure funding package from Shawbrook.
Founded in 1978 by David Williams and Philip West, the team at DF Williams have over 44 years’ experience within the commercial cleaning sector. With a stellar reputation for delivering quality cleaning services, including contract cleaning, facility management, industrial cleaning and one-off specialist cleaning, the business has become a preferred supplier to many businesses across Oxfordshire.
The MBO, led by the former Operations Manager and new Non-Executive Director, Gerard Tilley, will facilitate the exit from the business by current owners Philip and Janet West. Gerard will support the leadership team through this transition and into its next stage of growth.
The DF Williams team is committed to maintaining strong partnerships with employees and customers, and the ongoing focus will be on growing its share within the market and expanding the services offered to clients.
