Creating the right environment

Having a diverse, inclusive workplace helps us move much faster towards achieving our goals. We believe in hiring and developing people who are reflective of our culture and have the skills to help our customers.

We work in an agile way, so our people can work with real autonomy making a direct contribution to our business  whilst ensuring they have a rewarding career coupled with a healthy work life balance. This approach  also helps us manage and adapt to the ever-changing needs of our business and the fast-paced world around us.

Embedding our approach

Here are just a few of the steps we have taken to help create a diverse and inclusive environment. We of course recognise there is always more to do.

    • Zero tolerance policy for any kind of discrimination, harassment or bias
    • Recognising diversity as more than gender and race – it encompasses all aspects of the human experience from age, culture, skills and life experience
    • Established Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Working Group, with executive sponsorship (CRO) and a network of D&I champions who drive events, awareness and debate
    • An inclusion network, allowing employees to share views, ideas and experiences
    • A commitment to Diversity charters such as, Women in Finance and Race at Work, to support industry and societal change
    • A corporate focus on our social awareness, publicly supporting social causes our employees have told us are important to them

Our commitment to your wellbeing

We have been working hard to build and sustain an environment that recognises our employees mental, physical and financial well-being. Our current offering includes:
