You can operate your account in the following ways:

Online - If your account is an online account, then you can operate most of your requests via the secure portal. You may still need to complete some servicing requests by post, however most elements can be completed online.

By Phone - you can also contact us by telephone. Our dedicated customer servicing team can be reached on 0345 266 6611 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, excluding Bank Holidays).
