The new normal
We love getting together in one of our eight offices dotted around the country but we offer a flexible blend of remote and office working. Everyone at Shawbrook can embrace the hybrid approach, and we’ve taken advantage of the best technology in our meeting rooms to allow for office and remote collaboration.
If you decide to work in one of our offices, you won't have your own desk, but you'll be able to pre-book a desk that's yours for the day.
We don't have a dress code either. We care more about what you bring to your role than what you wear.
